JNB Virtual Assistance Services was founded in 2014 with the goal of helping businesses grow and succeed.

We provide a wide range of administrative support services, from bookkeeping and customer support to social media management and more.

Can you clarify the fees for a full-time outsourced Virtual Assistant?

The fees are all-inclusive of our agency service fee, compensation, and government mandated benefits which stays the same for the next twelve months.

What are the government-mandated benefits?

Statutory benefits, also known as mandatory benefits, are entitlements that employers are obligated by law to provide to their employees. The local government mandates employees to fulfil the following contributions:

Social Security System - social insurance program for workers in the private, professional and informal sectors.

Philhealth - is a national health insurance provider that ensures health protection through its comprehensive benefits packages that are both preventive and curative.

Home Development Mutual Funds - operates as a national savings program and provides affordable shelter financing.

13th Month Pay Bonus - government-mandated compensation given to employees at the end of the year.

For Actionstep Management, why is it a minimum of 10 hours per month?

If you avail of our Agency/Offshoring services, there will be no minimum requirement for Actionstep support services.

Are the rates fixed?

Rates are all-inclusive and guaranteed will stay the same for 12 months from the hire date, no surprises!

We will review our rates annually, and the increase will be scheduled prior to the end of service.

Can I outsource and then use the agency services?

We would love to explore! Please connect with our CEO, Rey Bugawan, so we can further understand your requirements and we can provide a recommendation.

Can I work with a retainer for now and outsource it later?

Definitely and highly recommendable! This enables your business to run smoothly while working with a team behind you and ensures you make a better decision on outsourcing your own virtual assistant later too.

Is it possible to work with you on a particular project only?
